Terms of Service

TOS RevisionCommission Scope in General- You must be a legal adult (ages 18+) in order to commission me. By accepting this TOS, you agree to the statements listed in this Terms of Service and that you are a legal adult who is 18 years or older.- Commissions are selected at random and are not 'first come, first serve'.- I hold the right to decline any commission request if I feel I cannot perform the work requested inside of the commission form.My primary "Will Dos"- Transformation/Transfur artwork

- Egg LayingTimelineFor commissions, I will select 5 entries at a time, in which I will provide a timeline on when work will be completed. A $25 starter fee will be collected when your commission is accepted and you have been directly contacted by me saying that work will begin (This $25 will be deducted from the total commission price, so if you got a $100 commission, $25 would be paid up front and $75 at the midpoint). Based on the type of work required, payment will be collected after the midpoint WIP is provided (For Lineart, this is after the sketch has been selected and provided by the commissioner). Once payment is collected, the final product will be worked on and fully rendered for the user. My "check point" steps will be as followed.1. Initial rough sketch/thumbnails are provided to the user. (Invoice sent out for Lineart Only Commissions)2. Lineart is completed for project.3. Flat colors are applied to project (Invoice Sent out for all other illustrations)4. Final render is completed of the artwork.During the timeline, users are allowed to request corrections and adjustments be made to better ensure that you get a product that matches your vision of what you had in mind, however, please be mindful of when these correction/suggestion/change requests are made, as the further along the process it goes, the harder these changes get to happen. I'm rather forgiving with adjustments, especially if I have a method I can use to easily make the requested changes, but these are to ensure that I'm protected as well as you being provided elbow room to have changes made to better suit your vision. MAJOR POSE CORRECTIONS MUST BE REQUESTED DURING THE SKETCH PHASE! If I forgot something from your character reference, please be sure to point this out so I can make the corrections early on! The sketches can be hard to read, but by the time the flat colors go on a pose, it is going to be your responsibility to point out anything that you want changed. Once final rendering is done, there's very little I can do to quickly make adjustments as oppossed to the sketch phase!If major changes are requested after I complete the final render, a $5-$15 fee will be charged depending on complexity of the changes needing to be made. If the corrections on the final render were caused by an oversight or are very minor, I can definitely accomodate (And have done so in the past :3). Just be open and communicate with me!Cancellations and Refund PolicyPlease see the timeline below for how calcenllations and refunds will work.1. If no work has been performed and no sketches made, the $25 downpayment will be fully refunded!2. If Sketchwork and lineart has been performed, the downpayment will not be refunded due to work being performed.3. After flats are applied and a refund is requested before the final rendering is completed, you will only be refunded 50% of your total commission, as major work has been performed.4. After work is completed and it has reached the final step, work between myself and commissioner would be deemed as "Complete" and no refund will be accepted at this point.Your Rights With The ArtworkThe artwork I create for you will be purely for personal use only. This covers all non-commercial use with the artwork itself. If you intend to utilize the artwork I create for you in a commercial setting, please speak with me and we can work something out and have a separate agreement. My artwork I create for you cannot be used in NFT, AI training or AI image generation. I as the artist reserve the right to display the artwork in my gallery, online portfolio or media websites, unless specified by the commissioner. An option will be presented in this form that will allow you to make this private.Final WordsI reserve the right to refuse any commission I received that I deem inappropriate or if I am incapable of properly executing the idea. In addition, I will refuse to do artworks that are laced with political theming, hate speech, or any controversial topic. If your commission is not chosen, please refrain from contacting me asking for explanations by seeking out my private messaging platforms. Most of the time I do not accept a commission it is because I feel as though I will not be able to properly execute an idea.I look forward to drawing for you!
